NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has commenced and is now pending in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiffs against the above-named Defendants for an action for quiet title related to certain real property. The affected real property is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with improvements thereon, lying being and situate in Fort Mill Township, York County, South Carolina, and being described as follows: Beginning at an old iron on Forrest Street 65 feet southwest of the junction of Allison Street and running thence S 51 00 E 115.3 feet to an old iron; thence S 41 32 W 104.13 feet to an elm; thence N 51 00 W 116.57 feet to an old iron on Forrest Street; thence with Forrest Street N 42 10 E 104.21 feet to the point of beginning, all of which is more accurately shown on a plat of Property of James Ralph Sarver and Joy Ann Sarver, prepared by A. Alan Wallwork, R.L.S., on August 22, 1985 and recorded herewith in Plat Book 78 at page 483, Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, SC. Being the same property conveyed to Grantor herein by deed of Stuart H.
