Wildcat Creek Tributary #5 floodplain re-mapping The City or Rock Hill, Planning and Development Department in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Rock Hill' s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Audubon Drive and Hollis Lakes Drive. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Wildcat Creek Tributary #5 from approximately 250 feet upstream of the confluence of Wildcat Creek and Wildcat Tributary #5 to approximately 450 feet upstream of Hollis Lakes Road. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen and narrow; the 1-percent-annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decease; and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Rock Hill Operations Center at 757 South Anderson Rd, Rock Hill.
