Wildcat Creek Tributary #5 floodplain re-mapping The City or Rock Hill, Planning and Development Department in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Rock Hill' s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Audubon Drive and Hollis Lakes Drive. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Wildcat Creek Tributary #5 from approximately 250 feet upstream of the confluence of Wildcat Creek and Wildcat Tributary #5 to approximately 450 feet upstream of Hollis Lakes Road. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen and narrow; the 1-percent-annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decease; and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.
