NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CLOSE AND ABANDON ALLEYWAYS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO Sections 57-9-10, et seq., Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, that Petitioners will, upon the completion of publication of this Notice in accordance with Section 57-9-10, file a Petition to Close Alleyways with the Court of Common Pleas for York County, South Carolina, to close and abandon a fifteen (15) foot alley beginning and ending on Workman Street stretching for a distance of approximately 540 feet and that 21-foot alley entending between Workman Street and Wood Street for a distance of approximately 912 feet and that section of the fifteen (15) foot alley near Wood Street for a distance of 70.5 feet and turns towards Wood Street for a distance of 50 feet and abutting and/or between the property owned by the following parcels:
