Woodward, RLS, #8613, of Ashmark Land Surveyors dated April 24, 1992, recorded April 28, 1992 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina in Plat Book 111, Page 73, and being more particularly described according to said plat as follows: beginning at a point located on the centerline of SC Hwy #324 and running along said centerline, N. 61-40-00 W. 76.13 feet to a point; N. 65-32-17 W. 89.50 feet to a point, N. 70-39-06 W. 91.75 feet to a point, N. 72-57-32 W. 64.55 feet to a point and N. 73-57-40 W. 149.86 feet to an existing iron pin; thence running along the dividing line between the subject properly and Lot# 2-A, N. 15-57-19 E. 83.00 feet to an existing iron pin; thence running N. 24-28-47 E. 147.61 feet to a new iron pin; thence running S. 27-23-49 E. 53.88 feet to an existing iron pin; thence running S. 27-24-00 E. 116.71 feet to an existing iron pin; thence running along the dividing line between the subject property, now or formerly, of Pauline N. McKee dated April 26, 2019 and recorded May 16, 2019 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for York County in Book 17547 at Page 23. TMS No. 436-00-00-042 Property Address: 3520 Highway 324, Rock Hill, SC 29732 TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the plaintiff, will deposit with the Master in Equity at conclusion of the bidding, five per cent (5%) of said bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to plaintiff's debt in the case of noncompliance. Should the successful bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within twenty (20) days, then the Master in Equity may resell the property on the same terms and conditions (at the risk of the said defaulting bidder). Should the Plaintiff, or one of its representatives, fail to be present at the time of sale, the property is automatically withdrawn from said sale and sold at the next available sales day upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or any Supplemental Order.
