NOTICE OF CITY BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL REQUIRED BY APRIL 30, 2026 The Municipal Code of the City of Rock Hill requires notice to be published that business licenses issued by the City of Rock Hill shall be renewed by April 30, 2026. Penalties for renewal after this date will accrue at 5% per month. Please refer to the renewal notices emailed to licensees for more information about how to renew through the online portal. If this email was not received, please call 803-325-2647 to discuss. Once renewal application is received by the City of Rock Hill, an invoice will be emailed and payable online.
