NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the York County Planning Commission will meet on Monday December 8, 2025. This hearing will begin at 6:00 PM in the York County Council Chambers, at the York County Government Office, 6 South Congress Street, York, SC. The following request will be heard at this time:
1. Deborah Parker, on behalf of Deborah and Clint Parker is requesting the Planning Commission grant a waiver from the York County Land Development Code, to remove the internal access road requirement for major subdivisions per §154.110(A), no internal lot within a major subdivision shall be permitted to have driveway access from an existing external street, for a property located on Meadow Rd in the York community, tax map number 3570000056; District 3 -Tommy Adkins, Waiver # 25-04
2. Jonathan Street, on behalf of HOF, LLC is requesting the Planning Commission grant a waiver from the York County Land Development Code, §154.111 Minimum Separation Distances for commercial entrances, for a property located at 3474 Hwy 21 in the Fort Mill community, tax map number 7210000055; District 7- Debi Cloninger, Waiver # 25-010
