NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING YORK COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Council of York County, South Carolina (the "County"), on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the County Council Chambers, York County Government Center located at 6 South Congress Street, York, South Carolina 29745. The purpose of such public hearing is to receive comments regarding ordinances entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A SPECIAL SOURCE CREDIT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN YORK COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA AND TREAD ATHLETICS, LLC, AND DEMON DEVELOPMENT LLC, WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY IN THE COUNTY, WHEREBY SUCH PROPERTY WILL RECEIVE CERTAIN SPECIAL SOURCE CREDITS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO." At the public hearing all taxpayers and residents of the County and other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the ordinance. The ordinance can be reviewed or a copy obtained from the Clerk to the County Council or the County Manager at the County Council Office at 6 South Congress Street, York, South Carolina 29745 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
