Notice of Sale BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: PennyMac Loan Services, LLC vs. Terence King; Lisa Yvonne King; , C/A No. 2024CP4600438, The following property will be sold by Teasa Weaver as Master in Equity, on February 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Moss Justice Center, 1675 York Highwaya, York South Carolina 29745Courthouse to the highest bidder All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in Catawba Township, near Rock Hill, York County, South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot no 4. In Block "A" on plat of Laney Terrance prepared by Fred J Hager, Reg. Surveyor, recorded in Plat Book 36 at page 10 and 11 in the office of the Clerk of Court for York County, SC. Also, Block "A" on Plat of Laney Terrance prepared by C. Edgar Williams Jr. November 29, 1961 and revised March 30, 1966. For a more particular description of the said property, reference is hereby made to the aforesaid plats. Derivation: Book 19941 at Page 102 786 Laney Terrace, Rock Hill, SC 29730 TMS/PIN# 602-06-01-029 SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENTS, YORK COUNTY AD VALOREM TAXES, EASEMENTS AND/OR, RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, AND OTHER SENIOR ENCUMBRANCES. TERMS OF SALE: A 5% deposit in certified funds is required. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit, or comply with his bid within 20 days, then the property will be resold at his risk. Personal or deficiency judgment having been demanded or reserved, the sale will remain open for thirty (30) days pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §15-39-720 (1976). The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 3.125% per annum.
