NOTICE OF SALE BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of Pinnacle Bank, a State-Chartered Tennessee Bank v. Raven Moody and Pinnacle Bank, C/A #2024CP4603410, I, the undersigned Master in Equity for York County, South Carolina, will sell on December 8, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. or another date, thereafter as approved by the Court, at the Moss Justice Center, 1675 York Hwy, Courtroom C, York, SC 29745, to the highest bidder, the following described property: All that certain piece, parcel, or lot of land lying, being, and situate in the State of South Carolina, County of York, City of Rock Hill, designated as Lot 29 on plat of Property of Marshall Realty Co., prepared by T.C. Marshall, April 1953, as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on the southwestern side of Rockwood Drive at a point 308.5 feet northwest of the right of way of State Highway #72A and Rockwood Drive intersection and running thence S 62-15 W 150 feet to a stake; thence N 27-45 W 60 feet to a stake; thence 62-15 E 150 feet to a stake on Rockwood Drive; thence with Rockwood Drive S 27-45 E 60 feet to beginning. This being the same property conveyed to Raven Moody, by Deed from Opendoor Property Trust I dated April 12, 2023 and recorded on April 27, 2023 in Book 20725 at Page 85 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina. TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, is required to deposit 5% of the bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit, or comply with his bid within 20 days, then the property will be resold at the bidder's risk.
