NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the York City Hall, 10 North Roosevelt Street, York, South Carolina, the City of York will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on community needs and priorities for housing, public facilities, and economic development. At this public hearing, the City of York will provide the results of its needs assessment and the
activities which might be undertaken to meet identified needs,
including the estimated amount proposed to be used for activities that will benefit persons of low and moderate income.
This public hearing and the matters to be discussed are subject to the provisions of the City of York's Citizens Participation Plan,
developed in anticipation of participation in the State of South
Carolina's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, providing for the participation of the citizens of the City of York in the planning and implementation of community and economic
development projects which will involve CDBG funds.
The Citizens Participation Plan is available for review at York City Hall, from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.
