New two-story academic building with a one-story administration and arts wing, along with a gymnasium, cafeteria, media center, maker space, flexible learning environments, and supporting site and athletic improvements. The new facility will be constructed on the existing campus while the current school remains occupied, requiring careful planning of site logistics, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, construction access, safety controls, and coordination with school staff and the surrounding community.
