NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF UNIFORM SCHEDULES OF VALUES, STANDARDS AND RULES FOR 2027 COUNTYWIDE REVALUATION TAKE NOTICE that, at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Wake County Board of Commissioners held on October 19, 2026, an Order was issued adopting and approving the Uniform Schedules of Values, Standards and Rules to be used in the revaluation of real property in Wake County at its true value and at its present-use value as of January 1, 2027. The Schedules are open for examination in the Wake County Department of Tax Administration, Wake County Justice Center, 301 S. McDowell Street, Suite 3800, Raleigh, North Carolina and at wake.gov/sov. Any property owner who asserts that the Schedules are invalid may except to the Order and appeal therefrom to the Property Tax Commission no later than November 17, 2026.
