Benbow Road , up to 3:00 P.M., on September 30, 2026, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of: Installation of Space Heating Boilers and DHW Heaters Cooper and Haley Residence Halls North Carolina A&T State University Greensboro, NC SCO ID# 25-29601-01A It is the intention of the Specifications, Drawings, and Contract Documents, to provide installation of condensing natural gas space heating boilers and condensing domestic water heaters (DWHs) in Cooper Residence Hall and Alex Haley Residence Hall and removal of these two buildings from the campus steam system. Bids will be received for single prime bid contracts. All Proposals will be lump sum. An open public meeting will be held in conjunction with the pre-bid conference to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards pertinent to this project.
