Notice of Public Comment Period
FY2025-2026 Draft Consolidated Annual Performance
and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The City of Durham is providing an opportunity for citizens to review and comment on the FY2025-2026 Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The draft CAPER details Durham's anticipated performance with actual
performance in meeting the priorities and objectives of its U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved Consolidated Plan using
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships
Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funding.
Copies of the draft CAPER will be available for public review from September 5, 2026 – September 22, 2026. A digital copy will be available on the City of Durham
Housing & Neighborhood Services Department website located at
https://www.durhamnc.gov/4607/HUD-Annual-Funding-Documents.
