A Non-Mandatory Site Walk will be held on September 15, 2026, at 10AM EST, at East End Long Meadow Parks located at 1200 N Alston Ave, Durham, NC 27701. Allpre-bid RFI's are due September 16, 2026, at 5PM EST. The last day to Prequalify is September 18, 2026, at 5PM EST. The project is located in Durham, North Carolina within East End and Long Meadow Parks. The project site is bounded by N Alston Ave, Holloway Street and Liberty Street. The project consists of site protections, daily clean up, cutting & capping of utilities, removal of site accessories, structure demolition, abatement, site clearing, import and export of soil, fine grading, site entrances, seeding.
