Public Hearing – Economic Development Incentive Grant Agreement Town of Morrisville, North Carolina and Amendment to Project Titan + Project Maple Oak PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Morrisville Town Council will conduct a public hearing, pursuant to N.C. General Statute 158-7.1, regarding a proposed amendment to the previously approved Economic Development Incentive Grant Agreement for Novartis Gene Therapies, Inc. (now known as Novartis Innovative Technologies), related to Project Titan. The amendment encompasses an expanded project scope, with the inclusion of Project Maple Oak, resulting in a consolidated incentive agreement covering both initiatives. The proposed amendment seeks to accommodate additional capital investment and job creation associated with Project Maple Oak, thereby authorizing Novartis Innovative Technologies to enter into a single incentive agreement encompassing both project scopes. The combined projects are expected to generate approximately 180 new jobs. Novartis plans to establish these combined projects at the Pathway Triangle Campus, located on Science Drive in Morrisville, North Carolina. The public hearing is scheduled for September 8, 2026, at 6:00 pm, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Town Hall Drive, Morrisville, N.C. Interested parties will have the opportunity to address the Council in person for up to three minutes at the podium.
