NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Holly Springs Town Council, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 128 S Main Street, Holly Springs, North Carolina to receive comment on the following: Housing Affordability Action Plan: A Public Hearing to consider adoption of a Housing Affordability Action Plan. A draft of the Action Plan is available on the Town's website www.hollyspringsnc.gov/PublicHearings or by contacting Holly Springs Development Services at developmentservices@hollyspringsnc.gov . All interested person(s) will be heard. This request is subject to change due to the discussion, debate and possible objections at the public hearing.
