The project is approximately 248,493 Sq Ft that includes academic classrooms, administrative and student services areas, career and technical education labs and shops, media and arts spaces, auditorium and performing arts facilities, commercial kitchen and dining areas, gymnasiums, locker and training facilities, and associated support spaces. Site development includes football/soccer and track facilities, baseball and softball fields, tennis courts, practice fields, grandstands and bleachers, concessions and press facilities, parking and drives, pedestrian improvements, landscaping, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure.
