Public Notice of Availability of Statement Activity Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh hereby gives public notice of its intent to submit a pre-application to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Office for a Housing Preservation Grant (Section 533) for FY2027. Habitat Greater Raleigh will serve eligible low-income homeowners in qualifying rural census tracts in Johnston and Franklin counties from December 2026 to November 2027. Habitat Greater Raleigh will request $120,000, which will be matched with local funding to provide home repairs for up to 12 households. A proposed Statement of Activity will be available for public review and commentary upon request by calling (919) 833-1999 or emailing communications@habitatraleigh.org.
