REQUEST FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION SUBMITTALS Tri-Towers Mechanical Systems Update – Phase II North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to Tri-Towers Mechanical Systems Update – Phase II, located in the Central Campus precinct. This project will renovate the HVAC system in Carroll Hall (built in 1968). The renovation will focus on outside air makeup and exhaust air systems to address moisture intrusion issues. Additional scope includes firestopping the utility chase walls and painting the building interior. Work shall be completed during the summer break. A qualification application document must be submitted by 5:00 pm, 9/17/26 to David Hammock, project manager, by email only. No hard copies will be accepted.
