Abatement and demolition of the existing Technical Services Unit (TSU) and Armory Buildings, followed by construction of a new approximately 37,700-square-foot, two-story Cadet Dormitory Building for the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. The new facility will include public-facing spaces such as a lobby, study room, and single-occupant restroom, along with supporting dormitory, administrative, and operational functions necessary to serve the North Carolina State Highway Patrol's training and housing needs.
