NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to any person claiming to qualify as a statutory beneficiary under Wyoming Statutes § 1-38-104(a), and to all interested parties, that an action to appoint a Wrongful Death Representative has been instituted in the District Court of Park County, Wyoming, by the Petitioner, Kelly F. Moore. The Decedent, Drue A. Moore, was a resident of Durham County, North Carolina at the time of death on January 10, 2025.
