Prequalification Ad Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by East Carolina University and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the ECU Howell Hall Renovation project in Greenville, NC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will fully renovate the interior of the 1969 Howell Hall Science Building North and the existing Auditorium. The North tower renovation consists of 37,000 GSF and will renovate all areas of the North tower along with the renovation of the large first floor lecture hall classroom. Howell Science Building will be transformed into a hub for undergraduate science education with a focus on project based active learning, student wellness, and interdepartmental collaboration, enabling effective instruction and research for tomorrow and years to come. Principal trade contractors are solicited for the following bid packages: BP3160 Micropiles | $100K Additional packages may be added and deleted by the Owner and Construction Manager.
