LEGAL NOTICE Request for Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for Security Program Comprehensive Study RFQ No. 27-003 The County of Durham, North Carolina requests Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for Security Program Comprehensive Study to be received on September 10, at 2:00 P.M., Eastern Time, in accordance with applicable provisions of North Carolina General Statutes and Durham County Ordinances and policies. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:30 A.M. Eastern Time, on August 18, 2026 located at the William V. Bell Administration Building, 201 East Main Street, Main Floor, Conference Room 126, Durham, North Carolina 27701. SITE VISIT: A Site Visit will be held immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conference. An electronic copy of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be obtained from Durham County's eBid System located under Bid Opportunities https://dconc.gov/Finance/Purchasing/Bid-Opportunities. Proposers can download a copy of the solicitation and all addenda without registering in the system. However, in order to automatically receive email notifications of solicitations and addenda issued by the Purchasing Division, Proposers MUST register in the eBid system.
