NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS The Wake County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 2:00 PM on Monday, August 17, 2026 at their regular meeting in the Wake County Justice Center, 301 S. McDowell St., Raleigh, North Carolina, Room 2700 to consider the following: 1. Hold a Public Hearing; and 2. Confirm the Resolution Declaring Cost and Preliminary Assessment Roll and Confirmation of Assessments for Preserve at Long Branch Farms Subdivision Road Improvements for Acceptance into the NC Department of Transportation Maintained Highway System. Each property that has frontage along Griffice Mill Road and Preserve Road within Preserve at Long Branch Farms subdivision will be required to pay the special assessment to cover the costs of the road repairs. Interested persons may inspect the preliminary assessment roll in the Wake County Clerk's office, 301 S. McDowell St., Suite 4800, Raleigh, NC 27601.
