NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PUBLIC HEARING ON OBJECTIONS TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS PRIOR TO FINAL CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL The City Council of the City of Durham, at its meeting of February 20, 2012, adopted a resolution ordering the making of a RIBBON PAVING improvement on BRUNSON STREET – FROM SOUTH MIAMI BOULEVARD WEST TO THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF REID 163690. These improvements have been completed, and a preliminary assessment roll for the amount that should be assessed against each lot abutting the improvements has been prepared in accordance with Chapter VI, Article 7, Section 77 of the Charter of the City of Durham. The assessment roll is on file in the Planning and Development Department and the City Clerk’s Office for inspection by interested parties.
