ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals for the bid will be received until 2:00 pm on August 25, 2026, in Conference Room 101 of the DeHuguley Building at North Carolina A&T State University at North Benbow Road Greensboro, North Carolina 27411 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment entering into the construction of the Corbett Gym Hall of Fame, SCO ID#: 25-30732-01A at which time and place bids will be opened and read. Bids will be received for single prime bids contracts. All proposals will be lump sum. Johnson, AIA at andre@andrejohnsonarchitect.com beginning August 3, 2026, during normal office hours beginning at 10:00 am. Printed complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Andre Johnson Architect, PLLC by written request and with a plan deposit in form of a certified check for plans and specifications made payable to Andre Johnson Architect, PLLC. Plan deposit shall be $500.00. Plans are also available in the plan rooms of the Associated General Contractors, Carolinas Branch, Charlotte, North Carolina and in the local North Carolina offices of McGraw-Hill Dodge Corporation, and in the Eastern Regional Office of Reed Construction Data in Norcross, GA. An open pre-bid meeting will be held virtually for all interested bidders on August 4, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. This project will include the following alternates: Alternate G1: Furnish and install floor epoxy graphic for the A&T Hall of Fame logo in the location indicated in the contract documents. Base bid shall not include the installation of the floor epoxy graphic for the A&T Hall of Fame logo as indicated in the documents.
