Notice to Bidders INFO SESSION: Blum Construction has been selected as the CMAR by East Carolina University and will be hosting an in-person project information session for the ECU Howell Hall (North) Renovations project on Tuesday, August 4th beginning at 3:30pm. This info session will be held on ECU's campus at the Mendenhall Student Center. Project Description: This project will fully renovate the interior of the 1969 Howell Hall Science Building North and the existing Auditorium. The North tower renovation consists of 37,000 GSF and will renovate all areas of the North tower along with the renovation of the large first floor lecture hall classroom. Howell Science Building will be transformed into a hub for undergraduate science education with a focus on project based active learning, student wellness, and interdepartmental collaboration, enabling effective instruction and research for tomorrow and years to come.
