Notice of Public Hearing The Housing Authority of the County of Wake has developed its FY2027 Public Housing Agency Annual Plan in accordance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Plan provides a ready source for interested parties to locate PHA policies, rules, and requirements concerning the PHA's operations and programs serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families in Wake County, North Carolina. The Annual Plan, Supporting Documents, Administrative Plan and Admissions and Occupancy Policies as well as the Capital Fund documents will be available for public review and comment for a 45-day period starting July 23, 2026. The documents will be available on the Housing Authority of the County of Wake's website, as well as at the Lobby in the Administrative Office between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM located at: 100 Shannon Drive Zebulon, North Carolina 27597 A public hearing will be held at the Wake County Commons Building, Room 103, 4011 Carya Drive, Raleigh, N.C. 27610 on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 12:30 PM.
