The bids will then be opened. This bid will be for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction aspects of the Harris Creek Sewer Replacement - Watkins Pond Segment. This project is to provide for the removal of an existing 12-inch PVC sewer line approximately 3,110 feet in length and 13 manholes; and the replacement with a 30-inch FRP line of similar length and 13 manholes. The project is located in the vicinity of 4600 Mitchell Mill Road in northeastern portion of Wake County, and along an upstream portion of Harris Creek.
