REQUEST TO PREQUALIFY CONTRACTORS ALSTON YARDS Description: As allowed by NCG.S. 143-135.8, Heritage Development, LLC is seeking to qualify highly skilled prime construction contractors to perform, or cause to be performed, construction of public infrastructure as part of the Alston Yard development located in Cary, NC. The full scope of the improvements includes, but is not limited to, Town of Cary and NCDOT Public Roadways and the associated grading, erosion control, sanitary sewer, domestic water, reclaim water, landscape + hardscape for full infrastructure delivery. The pre-qualification shall be applicable to all phases of the project as determined by Heritage Development, LLC through full project completion (as shown in the provided pre-qualification package) or as modified by Heritage Development, LLC. Hard copies of the pre-qualification package will not be available for review but will be available for download via McAdams ShareFile at no cost.
