NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners for the County of Durham will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 13 at 7:00pm to receive comments on a proposed performance-based expenditure in the amount of $15,450,000 split over a multi-year period for a flagship manufacturing project for AbbVie Inc. (Project Glass). The funds will be paid from the General Fund of the County of Durham and will increase the business prospects of the County by creating approximately 734 new jobs and $1,295,000,000 in capital investment. The meeting will be held on Monday, July 13th, 2026 at 7:00pm at 200 E Main Street - 2nd Floor (Commissioner's Chambers) in Durham, North Carolina. Interested parties can attend in person or watch online on the County's website and YouTube Channel. It will also be rebroadcasted on the Durham Television Network.
