THE CITY OF RALEIGH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CHANGE THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
The Raleigh City Council will hold Public Hearings on July 7, 2026. in the Council Chamber of the Avery C. Upchurch Municipal Building, 222 W. Hargett Street. The Public Hearings will be conducted to receive comments from the public and consider changing the City's zoning ordinance and 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
Written comments regarding a public hearing can be submitted to the City Clerk's office, Room 207, Municipal Building, 222 West Hargett Street, Raleigh, or via email to cityclerkpetition@raleighnc.gov up to twenty-four hours prior to the July 7, 2026, meeting.
To speak in-person at a public hearing, you are required to sign up by3 p.m. on the Fridayprior tothe meeting. You must sign up at www.raleighnc.gov/public-hearings-city-council. You may also call the Clerk's office at 919-996-3040 to sign up.

TCZ-02-26 Creedmoor Rd, being Wake PIN 0796425565 located at the intersection of Glenwood Ave and Creedmoor Rd. Approximately 4.71 acres are requested by SDC Glenwood Place, LLC to amend zoning conditions. The site is zoned Commercial Mixed Use-3 Stories-Conditional Use (CX-3-CU). Revised conditions expand permitted commercial uses, prohibit certain uses, expand operation hours, and maintain protective yard requirements.
