All current contracts under Bid 26-12-0909 will extend for one additional year upon mutual agreement. The bid period for Bid 27-13-0910 will open on August 20, 2026 and close at 12 noon EST on September 10, 2026. The contract will be effective October 2, 2026 - October 1, 2027. Bid Submittals: All pricing and required bid documents must be uploaded in the Association's online bid system, VendorLink, for the bid to be considered.
