REQUEST FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION SUBMITTALS New Roof – Materials Support Warehouse NC State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to the Materials Support Warehouse, located in the West Campus precinct (3240 Ligon Street, Raleigh, NC). This project involves replacing the existing roof of the 94,750-square-foot Materials Support Warehouse (originally built in 1996 and expanded in 2001). The new roof must be designed for a 20–30 year lifespan to protect the university's storage and surplus goods. The project will follow standard State Construction Office (SCO) procedures. A qualification application document must be submitted by 5:00 pm, June 26th, to Mike Bell, project manager, by email only. No hard copies will be accepted. Application packages will be available electronically after June 1st.
