Public Notice for June 10 Meeting The Chapel Hill Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Town Hall, located at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Chapel Hill, NC, to receive public input prior to entering into a contract with an outside agency to manage the Downtown Chapel Hill Municipal Service District (MSD) pursuant to N.C. General Statute §160A-536. The Town conducted engagement of MSD property owners, business owners, and residents from September – December 2025. The survey results were shared in January 2026. The Town published a request for qualifications based on the results of the survey on March 30, 2026. This public hearing is the final step before selecting an agency to manage the Downtown Chapel Hill MSD, and property owners, business owners, and community members are invited to share comments and suggestions.
