This budget is available for public inspection online at https://DurhamNC.gov/Budget.

The proposed FY 2026-27 Budget includes a tax rate of 43.71 cents per $100 of assessed valuation, which is the same rate as FY2025-26. Water and sewer fee adjustments were approved at the May 18, 2026 City Council Meeting. Additional fee adjustments will be approved with the adoption of the budget.
