At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the EE Smith High School Main Gym HVAC Replacement. The general scope of work will consist of the replacement of the existing split ac unit with hot water coil with same like-and-kind equipment. This includes miscellaneous electrical, HVAC controls, and fire alarm. Single prime proposals only will be received for all construction work. The Owner encourages participation by minority businesses. Complete Bid Documents will be issued electronically to all interested and qualified bidders.
