NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners for the County of Durham will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:00pm to receive comments on joining the voluntary North Carolina Commercial Property Assessed Capital Expenditure (C-PACE) program. The meeting will be held 200 E Main Street - 2nd Floor (Commissioner's Chambers) in Durham, North Carolina. Interested parties can attend in person or watch online on the County's website and YouTube Channel. It will also be rebroadcasted on the Durham Television Network.
