ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed "Kill Devil Hills Water Systems Building" will be received by The Town of Kill Devil Hills in the location, Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Dr. Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, until 2:00 P.M. on June 18th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the same location. Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Kill Devil Hills Water Systems Building. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 3rd, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town hall Dr. Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
