NOTICE OF PULBIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF A DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM, May 21, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. All citizens and residents of the City of Wilson, and its extraterritorial zone will take notice that the City of Wilson will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers located on the third floor of City Hall to consider an ordinance imposing a moratorium on development approvals for data centers and related uses as further defined in the proposed moratorium ordinance, which moratorium shall last until May 20, 2027 or upon adoption of zoning regulations regulating data centers and related uses, whichever occurs earlier. During the moratorium, the Town will pause acceptance, processing, and approval of applications for data centers.
