LICENSE OF TOWN PROPERTY The Town Council of the Town of Cary intends to enter into a license Agreement permitting Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, a Delaware general partnership, with its principal offices at One Verizon Way, Mail Stop 4AW100, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920 (telephone number 866-862-4404) ('Licensee') to co-locate telecommunications equipment on the Town-owned water tank located at 710 South East Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27511, Wake County, North Carolina. The Agreement is for an initial term of five years with an extension term of five years. Licensee will pay the Town, commencing on the commencement date, an annual fee of Forty-Eight Thousand, Three Hundred and Eighty-One Dollars ($48,381.00) for the first year of the Agreement and which will increase three percent (3%) each year thereafter. All persons interested in this License Agreement are invited to attend the regular meeting of the Town Council to be held in the Council Chambers on June 11th, 2026, at 6:30 PM, 316 N Academy St, Cary, NC 27513.
