Town of Chapel Hill to Consider and Application to Modify a Conditional Zoning District The Chapel Hill Town Council will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., to consider an agenda that includes the following application: 11 WHITE OAK DRIVE (PROJECT #MOD-26-2) ZOM Living, on behalf of property owners John McKee Jr. and Anna McKee, Michele Hodgson, and Arshad Mahmood and Kausar Arshad, applied to modify a previously approved conditional zoning district of a multifamily residential development of up to 400 dwelling units. Due to a measurement error, the applicant is requesting to increase maximum building heights. The proposed conditional zoning applies to the parcel(s) identified as Durham County Property Identifier Number(s) 0709094874, 0709094378, 0709094101, 0709092143, 0709090300, and 0709090161.
