TAKE NOTICE THAT:
A pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action and notice of service of process by publication began on May 7, 2026.
The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: The City of Raleigh, pursuant to its power of eminent domain, has sought to acquire traffic signal easement for public safety and welfare, and to improve the public street right-of-way, specifically the Blount-Person Two-Way Conversion Project. A description of the property affected by the taking is as follows: 1128 S. Blount Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, REID No. 0036139, PIN No. 1703735950.
You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than three hundred and seventy-five (375) days after the date of the first publication of notice as stated above, exclusive of that date being on or by May 17, 2027. Upon your failure to do so, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
