Public Hearing Details Date: May 12, 2026 Time: 6:00 pm Location: 100 Town Hall Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560 The proposed policy framework establishes guidelines for the Town to evaluate performance-based economic development incentives aimed at expanding and diversifying the tax base, promoting private investment, supporting the creation and retention of quality jobs, and ensuring alignment with the Town's economic objectives as outlined in the Town of Morrisville Economic Development Strategy (2023). This framework further emphasizes accountability through clearly defined performance measures. It details eligibility requirements, evaluation factors, and overarching parameters for incentive agreements. The proposed Economic Development Incentive Policy (Version 2) will be available as part of the Town Council agenda packet to be posted on the Town's website at www.morrisvillenc.gov no later than the Friday prior to the meeting (May 8, 2026).
