PUBLIC NOTICE The City Council of the City of Raleigh intends to authorize the City to enter into a Lease Agreement for Communications Site with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, at its June 2, 2026 meeting. The lease will be for certain space on City-owned property located at 11717 Leesville Road and more particularly described in the map recorded at Book of Maps 1987, Page 1728 of the Wake County Registry. The lease term is for up to five (5) years. Rent will be Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) per year in the first year and will be increased by three percent (3%) at the beginning of each year over the rent for the previous year.
