NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Durham City Council will hold a public hearing on May 4, 2026, at the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM to consider approval of a proposed agreement between the City of Durham and Coco Fro LLC. According to the agreement, the City would appropriate Coco Fro LLC up to a total of $115,000.00 for capital improvements within the Community Development Area located at 1004 Morning Glory Avenue, Durham, NC. A copy of the proposed agreement may be examined in the City's Office of Economic and Workforce Development, 807 East Main Street. Suite 5-100, Durham, NC, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Any person wishing to speak at the hearing should sign up on the sheets provided at the hearing.
