Roxboro and Orange Factory Rd.: REID 187907 from Suburban Commercial Area and Recreation & Open Space to Community Institution and Recreation & Open Space and removing from the Urban Growth Area; Redwood and Electra Rd.: REID 238066 from Rural & Agricultural Reserve to Community Institution; 3106 Baptist Rd.: REID 193989 from Utility & Public Works to Rural & Agricultural Reserve.
