Bids will be received for a single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at Richmond Correctional Institute, 1573 McDonald Church Road, Hoffman, NC 28347 On Thursday April 23rd, 2026 at 11:00 am. Attendees shall gather at the lobby. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
