The State of North Carolina invites residents, community organizations, service providers, and stakeholders to participate in a series of community listening sessions. These sessions are designed to gather public input for the development of the 2026–2030 Consolidated Plan.
This five-year plan will guide the allocation of federal funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address critical needs related to housing, community development, and public services across the state.
